The Newport Blues Inn has been beautifully restored offering classic and charming room accommodations with a modern day appeal. The Inn offers fourteen guest rooms, each with its own personality and appeal, with high ceilings, large window views and private bathrooms. Highlighting the new renovations are the new three-bedroom, three bathroom apartment suite with optional availability for weekly stays, and our three suites at 60 Pelham Street, just four doors from the main inn.

You are also welcome to help yourself to a room tray and take breakfast to your room for that special occasion, or outside to our beautiful courtyard patio sitting area.
From homemade buttermilk pancakes, mouthwatering omelets, to delicious French toast, a special hot dish each morning compliments an assortment of fresh fruit, warm muffins, breads, bagels, cereals, cold juices, as well as hot teas and coffee.

The Penthouse Delta Suites Our three, third floor penthouse suites are named and inspired by the Mississippi Delta region of the United States; the geographic cradle of Rhythm and Blues. Music pioneers from three cities greatly influenced the development of the R&B genre: New Orleans, Chicago & Memphis.
Located on the third floor of our Inn, nestled high above Historic Hill, are our three bedroom, three private bath, penthouse suites each of which share a common living room and kitchen.
